The career fields with the highest projected growth, economic benefit, and community impact.
Key skills and competencies students should acquire to succeed in these fields.
Research findings will inform curriculum development, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
Results will be made publicly available to guide educators, students, and policymakers.

Establish and expand partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders to create a feeder program that:
Provides internships, apprenticeships, mentorships, and employment pipelines for students.
Encourages businesses to participate in curriculum advisory boards to align education with real-world skills.
Promote retention of young talent within King County by showcasing career opportunities and supporting entrepreneurship.
Collaborate on funding and resource sharing to sustain and grow the program.

Increased student engagement and informed career decision-making.
Stronger local economy through talent retention and workforce development.
Ethical and effective use of AI technologies in education.
